The development of novel methods, scientific devices and means for measuring magnetic fields generated by ultra-low current is among promising directions in the medical equipment instruments geodetic surveys space exploration. present work to develop a small sensor capable detecting weak fields, which sources are biocurrents, radiation far objects slight fluctuations geomagnetic field. Scientists estimate strength such as deciles nanotesla. key requirements sensors field are: resolution, noise level measurement channel, temperature stability, linearity repeatability characteristics from one produced item another. aforementioned can be achieved using planar technologies microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) advanced sensors. describes complete R&D cycle, creating computer model under study manufacturing working prototype.
